Programme Objectives
This is a capacity building programme geared towards achieving the following objectives:
- To equip decision makers with the necessary knowledge to judge the scope of eLearning projects and to select appropriate team members for the necessary tasks
- To equip participants with the necessary tools and knowledge to conceptualize the IT framework of an eLearning project and to make sensible technological decisions before the acquisition of hardware and software.
- To equip participants with the necessary tools and knowledge to successfully develop an online course concept.
- To equip participants with the necessary tools and knowledge to successfully plan, structure and develop instructional content to be utilized in online courses.
- To equip participants with skills required for management and administration of Learning Management Systems.
